Standard shipping times are as follows:
- 1 to 10 cases: Shipped FedEx or UPS / 3 to 5 business days
- 10 or more cases: Shipped via a Freight Carrier / 7 to 10 business days
Return Policy
Frozen Xplosion extends a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Return any unopened products and will provide a refund for the returned items, no questions asked. Customer will be responsible for cost of shipping returned products but may use any shipment method of choice.
